This Payment & Refund Policy is designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and mutual respect in all our partnerships. By initiating a project with Spell Growth, you agree to the terms outlined above. These terms are in place to protect both parties’ time, effort, and resources. For custom terms or specific agreements, a signed contract will override the default policy where applicable.
70% upfront payment is mandatory to initiate any project.
The remaining 30% is due upon project completion and must be paid before final delivery of assets or access.
We accept the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer
UPI
International clients: Additional payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Razorpay or Stripe) can be arranged upon request. All transfer fees must be covered by the client.
Payments not received within 7 calendar days of the due date will incur a 5% late fee on the outstanding balance.
If delayed beyond 14 days, all work will be paused until dues are cleared.
No Refunds once the project has started. This includes research, strategy, calls, or any execution work.
If the client cancels before work begins, a 100% refund will be issued (excluding processing fees if any).
If the client cancels midway, the client will be billed for the exact portion of work completed up to the date of cancellation.
No refunds on completed work, delivered assets, or retainers.
Default payment is in INR (Indian Rupees).
For international clients, we accept:
USD (US Dollar)
QAR (Qatari Riyal)
Currency and exchange rate to be confirmed before invoicing.
Clients are responsible for any conversion and transaction fees on international transfers.
In case of any conflict or disagreement, both parties agree to resolve matters through professional dialogue first.
Legal jurisdiction: Ahmedabad, India, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
