By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties in the delivery of services.

1. Scope of Services

Spell Growth will provide the following services:

Performance Marketing
Strategic Consulting
Conversion focused Website Design

2. Duration of Agreement

We accept the following payment methods:

Bank Transfer

UPI

International clients: Additional payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Razorpay or Stripe) can be arranged upon request. All transfer fees must be covered by the client.

3. Payment Terms

A 70% upfront deposit is required before the commencement of any work.
The remaining 30% is due upon the completion of the project.
Payments must be made via UPI, or Bank Transfer.
Late Payments will incur a 5% late fee after 7 days from the due date.

4. Confidentiality

We agree to keep any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior consent.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Clients can request a refund if the project has not yet begun. Once work has started, refunds are not available. If the project is canceled before completion, the client will be billed for the work completed up to that point.

6. Limitation of Liability

Spell Growth’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the project. We will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be settled via arbitration.
